User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any original work (e.g., projects, assignments) you submit. However, you grant OutUniversity a non-exclusive license to display, store, and assess this content for educational and operational purposes.

Use the platform for any unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory purpose.
Attempt to bypass any technical limitations or security features of the LMS.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every course. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items: Refunds do not apply to promotional purchases, bundled deals, or courses explicitly marked as non-refundable.

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, quizzes, assignments, and presentations, are the exclusive property of OutUniversity or its instructors and are protected by international copyright laws.
